How to register

• Prior to registration, transfer registration fee to "International Conference on 
Precision Medicine, Bangkok 2018" Savings Account,Siam Commercial Bank Company Limited
at Account Number:408-966243-3 ,Thai Red Cross Society.
(The registrant is responsible for the bank transaction fee)

• During registration process, upload a proof of payment (For students – Please, 
upload a copy of student ID card or student certificate with the proof of payment.
Otherwise, registration will be void.)

* Please, provide  the name and address for the receipt. After you have registered,
you will  receive a confirmation of your registration from mdcuresearch@gmail.com 
within  2 days

**Once  paid, the registration fee cannot be refunded.
